If your donation is in memoriam or in honour of a victim/survivor of impaired driving and you would like to acknowledge the individual(s), please include their name in the NOTES section of the donation process. If you would like an acknowledgement sent to the family of the individual(s) you are memorializing/honouring, please include their name and address in the NOTES section.

An address must be provided for a tax receipt to be issued.
