Holiday Season Checkstops

Saskatoon Santa Claus Parade

MADD Saskatoon participated in the 2022 Santa Claus Parade, which was attended by 1000's of people in downtown Saskatoon.  We handed candy cane treats to the kids and red ribbon window stickers to the kids and adults.

MADD attends CPP Checkstop

MADD attended a Corman Park Police Checkstop on the evening of Oct 28th on Highway 219 south of Saskatoon.  Impaired drivers were caught.  About 500 vehicles were screened.  We (MADD Saskatoon) handed out gifts and thanked sober drivers.

SK MADD Monument Ceremony

For the first time since the monument was erected and the first official ceremony in 2019, MADD Saskatchewan hosted a ceremony to honor victims on the memorial monument. Jaymie-Lyne Hancock, National President for MADD Canada, a number of dignitaries, and many guests were in attendance.
