  • Develop and post engaging content (text and images/videos) that promotes MADD Ottawa’s Chapter activities, programs, and partners on social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube)
  • Help grow MADD Ottawa Chapter’s brand and capacity through social media channels
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to user questions/conversations
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners and social media influencers to promote MADD Canada/MADD Ottawa Chapter’s campaigns, programs and activities
  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, and proactively schedule, track, and report on post-performance
  • Share MADD Canada’s social media messaging to ensure brand consistency and continuity
  • Identify opportunities to increase social media following across all platforms
  • Identify opportunities to build partnerships and collaborations with key partners and influencers
  • Track page analytics and create monthly reports to assess overall social media performance, by platform, as well as measure and report on program-specific campaigns
  • Update and maintain MADD Ottawa’s Chapter website for accuracy, brand consistency and capacity
  • Develop, plan, execute and evaluate paid media plan across digital channels to consistently optimize ad spend
