MADD Canada’s Project Red Ribbon campaign runs from November 1 to the first Monday of the new year. During that time, MADD Canada Chapters and Community Leaders distribute millions of red ribbons for Canadians to tie on their vehicles, key chains, purses, briefcases and backpacks.
