A 39-year-old Sarnia man is accused of speeding and driving drunk while disqualified with his six-month-old child in the back seat.

Police say he was clocked at 118 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on Modeland Rd. Thursday morning around 7am.

At the police station he registered one and a half times over the legal limit and police further allege a small amount of cocaine was found in the vehicle.

The baby was returned to its mother and child services was notified.
