PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) On July 18, 2014 just before 1:30 a.m. a Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer came across a motor vehicle which was stopped on the shoulder of the off ramp to Oil Heritage Road from eastbound Highway 402. The vehicle was stopped at the side of the road as a result of apparently running out of fuel.

The OPP officer stopped to investigate and subsequently the officer determined that the male with the KIA vehicle had been consuming alcoholic beverages.

The 55 years of age from Plympton-Wyoming, ON was arrested and charged with Care or Control while Over the Legal Limit, and Care or Control while Impaired. The male driver has a Sarnia court appearance date on August 11, 2014 to answer to the charges.
